Resources from the sun is the most readily available and easily convertible renewable energy in the Caribbean. As such utilizing the sun is a must as a first and primary source of energy. Nothing is insurmountable and we must find a way to combat climate change while powering our Islands with local resources that will lead to energy independence.

Electricity costs are imperative to improving the quality of life of residents. Lowering the cost of electricity is a must in order to enable economic development and foster growth. Diversifying energy supply and reducing dependence on imported fuels is a must if we are to drive the economies of the Caribbean forward.

Chief Executive Officer
Emanuel DaRosa has 29 years of experience in the energy sector working in generation, transmission and distribution. Having worked 6 years in the Caribbean as CEO of JPS and Vice President of EWP Barbados he realised the significant need to move the Caribbean towards Sustainable Energy.

Shayne Veramallay is the Founder & Managing Partner of CAЯBON, a sustainable development holding company that creates “CAЯBON copies” of proven businesses that offer solutions to humanity’s most pressing issues.
Troy Brennan
Managing Partner
Mr. Troy A. Brennan is Chairman of Payday Advance Limited. He is a former Registered Securities Principle with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) in the USA.
Sherry DaRosa
Director of Marketing & Communications
Sherry has over 20 years in Marketing, Brand Development, Graphics, and Website Development experience. Developing consistent branding messages and content for SunTerra Energy, including Social Media Platforms and Branding Materials. From Logo Concept to Website and beyond Sherry has been a vital team member for SunTerra. Mrs DaRosa has started and operated several successful businesses including a graphics & web design company, a retail clothing store and most recently a luxury airbnb villa.
Gary Gazankas
Chief Technical Officer
Gary Gazankas has more than 20 years of experience in the electric utility industry, where he worked in executive leadership roles, business development, construction, engineering, and operations. Gary has worked extensively all aspects of the electric utility industry including, renewable generation, transmission, and distribution.

Rosanne Wyer has over 30 years experience in the Banking Industry in Canada
Peter Townsend
Legal Counsel
Peter Townsend has decades of experience working in the financial services sector. He is also a lecturer of legal subjects and financial security for business success. Peter is a Director of various companies providing expertise and legal guidance. At SunTerra Mr Townsend is also the Legal Secretary.
